About the Role:

Join Barron Swim School as a Kids Gymnastic Coach and inspire young athletes to reach their full potential! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who love working with children and have a passion for gymnastics. Responsibilities:

Plan and lead engaging gymnastics classes for children of various skill levels.
Teach fundamental gymnastics skills, including balance, coordination, and flexibility.
Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all participants.
Provide constructive feedback to help kids improve their techniques.
Monitor student progress and adapt lesson plans as needed.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development.
Encourage teamwork and sportsmanship among students.
Assist in organizing and executing gymnastics events and showcases.

Requirements:

Previous experience coaching gymnastics or working with children is preferred.
Strong understanding of gymnastics fundamentals and safety practices.
Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Positive attitude and a passion for teaching.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sports or education is a plus.
